Corning® special optical 96-hole microporous plate has black pore wall and ultra-thin transparent bottom surface, clear image can be obtained, which has ultra-low background in fluorescence detection.
Reducing Reagent Use Skills
Corning 96 pore half-area microporous plates can reduce the amount of expensive reagents by reducing the volume of reagents needed per hole, they can still be read by a common reading plate. the recommended working volumes of these microporous plates are 25μL to 125μL, while providing different treated surfaces such as untreated, tissue culture treated, highly bonded or NBS.
