Introduction:

Corning provides a series of microplate products, including different hole designs and sizes, different polymer materials and colors, and different surface treatments.
Corning's microplate size meets industry standards, ensuring compatibility and automated operation with all microplate supporting instruments. The microplate has an A-1 corner notch design. The A-1 corner notch design makes it possible to quickly determine the direction of the plate when setting automatic operations, thereby reducing the occurrence of automatic operation errors and avoiding lowering efficiency.
Corning's polystyrene microplates have a variety of surface treatment methods. These surfaces can support the binding and covalent fixation of cells, proteins, nucleic acids and other biological macromolecules.
Corning can help design and produce barcode labels according to customers' special requirements.

Detailed introduction:

96-well UV microplate

Corning® 96-well UV microplate has a UV-transparent well bottom, which is ideal for determining protein and/or DNA concentration
Guaranteed no DNA and RNAse
The UV-transparent bottom is formed at one time with the acrylic board to enhance strength and reduce leakage
Standard pore volume: flat bottom -360μL, recommended working volume is 75 to 200μL
Half-zone microplate well volume is 205μL; working volume is 25 to 125μL
Low background UV absorption readings, especially in the 260nm to 280nm range
Lid supplied separately

Application skills
Improve the optical characteristics of fluorescence detection
Corning® special optical 96-well microplate has black hole walls and ultra-thin transparent bottom surface, which can obtain clear images and has ultra-low background in fluorescence detection.
Reducing reagent usage skills
Corning 96-well half-area microplates can reduce the amount of expensive reagents by reducing the volume of reagents required per well, but they can still be read by ordinary plate readers. The recommended working volume of these microplates is 25μL to 125μL, and different treatment surfaces such as untreated, tissue culture treated, highly bound or NBS are available.
