Selection techniques
The unique RoboFlask ™ of the Corning (US Patent No .7078228) cell culture container is made according to the SBS standard microporous plate edge angle, which is suitable for automatic cell maintenance and analysis system.
Corning suggest adding 0.2 to 0.3 ml medium per square centimeter growth area.
