VICI line

VICI chromatographic grade pipeline can be divided into 360 microns ,1/32",1/16",1/8" outer diameter several specifications. The pipe has a pre-cut standard length, or cut to the size you require. All VICI metal pipes are the highest quality chromatographic grade seamless drawing pipes. Stainless steel pipe is 316 series.

Cutting and cleaning

Improper cutting and cleaning of metal pipes is the biggest cause of chromatographic problems and premature damage to valves.VICI accurate cutting with VICI joints and valves to maintain flow uniformity and cleanliness are required by high efficiency systems.

A polishing line with smooth ends is produced VICI the electrolytic cutting process, minimizing the possibility of dead volume or leakage caused by uneven ends and hair openings left by common tools (such as scissors, files, gem saws, and most pipe cutters) in general laboratory environments. These non-precision cutters are prone to produce particles and deform the diameter inside and outside the pipe, which may produce dead volume and flow foreign bodies.

Each VICI metal pipeline is specially cleaned with deionized water microfiltration steam to remove organic and inorganic pollutants. Test reports have been demonstrated by most large instrument suppliers: VICI processing provides analytical cleaning lines.

● custom PEEK line: PEEK line custom production to your special requirements of the outer diameter, inner diameter, and color, the outer diameter range of 0.014"(360 microns)~1/8", the inner diameter from minimum 0.002" to 1/16" can be selected, the color can be uniform or striped.
